Low ball him and offer 20 bucks. I bet he takes it then its a no brainer for you- even if you need to buy new burners!
 
Same here. I would offer him a lower price. This looks complete with hard to find parts and a nice base for a restoration project.
 
Low ball him! You have nothing to loose. I just picked up a 18" WSM from let go for 40 bucks. After he accepted my offer he started getting others and I told the guy if you hold you can get more he said nope I told you yes and its yours! 2005 and I bet its been used less than 5 times and kept in his garage!
 
Thankfully, it looks like someone else bought that one. I hope they clean it up good, that is too nice a grill to go to waste. I feel like the "X Thousand" series grills with wood or dura wood slats are becoming very very rare.
