Another "it's been awhile" photo post

Finally got around to taking pics off the camera so I thought I'd share a few of them with my BBQ friends.

Threw this

On here

Made up some of these

Threw on some herbed bscb for SWMBO

Her pretty plate

My manly plate

MMMMM strawberry rhubarb pie

Next was some pork chops and grilled romaine

Next up some Tex-mex

Last but not least my Canada Day HH brisket

This cooked at 325-350 for exactly 3hrs58min. Then wrapped and held warm for 1.5hrs in the microwave

Then sliced up so juicy and tender

and of course had to have chicken for SWMBO. Roadside style.

Well that's about it
