Ever tried to find fasteners there? Maybe it's just my closest store, but their website isn't the only thing that's crappy.
 
I was just at Menards and the only ones I saw in the BBQ aisle was for the Chargriller flat top griddle.
They were not the same.

Menards has never sold Weber products...Well, at least their grills. But they did sell compatible disposable drip pans (Non-Weber brand). There are a lot of other grills that use them as well so there is a market for them. I am sure they sold better than some of the other junk on the shelves, so I am not sure why they discontinued selling them.
 
I checked walmart web site and didn't see anything....probably searching wrong. I probably would have bought those if I had seen them. Decent price and immediately available.
 
Got mine today in a reclosable box.
