Alton Brown's steamed wings


 
Ahhh, Clint. It's nice to see someone else interested in the details of the wings. I'm not savvy enough to post photos and didn't take any. Next time I will take photos (I use an old flip-phone so they will probably be horrible). But I do have a decent camera but have to learn how to get the photos from here to there. I haven't been able to concentrate on things like that for the past couple of years because of family health problems but if I can get through tax season I might get my brain back.

OT: I just use facebook - I post a lot of the pics as private if I don't want to show everyone my cooks, then I right-click on the pic, click on "copy image location", then post it here. Not ideal, but easy.... I've tried other photo host services but nothing's real easy.
