Alternate Buck converter issue

Hi, I recently bought the assembly package v4.3.6 with the alternate buck converter. The buck converter strangely outputs to the max value of 4.5 V. The Output can be adjusted with the thing you can turn with a screwdriver. There is solder on the 5V mark on the backside which I think should force it to 5V. I am wondering if any of you have the datasheet of this generic buck converter?

With the Voltage at 4.5V, the LCD pushbutton are no longer working correctly. I can control everything on the web UI though.

Thanks!

I think I found it, it looks like this one:

I will desolder it and see if the adjustable is properly cut off

It should work according to spec on amazon web page. Same quality as the Murata product, probably not, but worth a try with original part lead times are out a year. Hope you bought more than one. It might take a few to get one that regulates at 5vdc with no sag under load.
Good luck
