I sometimes have bacon on a turkey sandwich or mix pulled pork with brisket in my beans. And besides ordering the Happy Family at the local Chinese carry out place, I haven't gotten too crazy with the meat-mixing. Anyone have a recipe with a bunch of different animals in it? Like maybe an All-of-God's-Creatures roll?

Hmm...interesting. In the filling I use for meat ravioli, I use beef, chicken, veal, and pork, thats a bunch of critters. Maybe have to try a fattie with ground varities ie.pork, veal, beef, venison. Stay tuned for that one!

I would second the turducken suggestion. I've never done one...but man, I want to some day.
Also, I saw Alton Brown once make meatballs out of a 1-1-1 blend of ground sirloin, ground pork, and ground lamb.

Recipe for a bunch of different animals you say? How about a mixed grill? It's not a recipe, more of a traditional kind of meal in some countries. Some beef, some pork, some chicken, some sausage. You get a bit of everything. They do it in South America.
It's not Q or grilling, but I make pasta sauces with different kinds of meat. Either ground beef and pork. Or i'll braise some chicken thighs (bone-in) and sweet or spicy italian sausage in a tomato sauce. The meat flavours the sauce and you pour it over spaghetti. Serve the meat on the side.

In the fridge right now (for the rotisserie tonight) I've got gyros meat made from 1 lb each of ground lamb and buffalo.
