all nighter

Cooking about 27 lbs of pork tonight and cooking 30 lbs of chicken tomorrow for a family get together. Dogs and brats too. If anyone else is cooking tonight let me know how its going and I will do the same.
 
Though I am not doing an all nighter, I got 2 racks on and going to take them off at 11pm. Temp outside is 58 degrees with maybe an 2mph very light breeze and the cooker at 228. Will be enjoying these tomorrow for lunch though I might have a midnight snack

My wsm is at 210 and slowly rising. You cant beat the bullet for all night cooks. If you like sleep, for the money its the best.
 
Not smoking tonight but did last night. I had 2 butts and a large brisket on the magnum last night. I am going to fire up some ribs and a turkey breast tomorrow morning. I am also going to cut up some pork loin and smoke it also.
 
Well I just checked the temp at the dome and it is 230 degrees and puffing away, rock steady. I checked it at 2 am and it was 225. Nothing to it!
