Alitas de pollo.. (Hot wings)

We did some hot wings on Friday night. Seasoned with webers kickin chicken and beer can chicken. I added 3 tbs of chile de arbol powder. They were very good and to be honest the best I ever had.


Enjoyed a few drinks with my wife while the wings were getting cooked.( I haven't seen her in a week since she was traveling on business )



Added some Italian dressing also..

Plated and ready to eat. I tasted one wing it was do good I decided to put the wing sauce on the side instead.

Indirect the whole time...took about 1hour 45 min.
