Haha...I totally did a double-take when I saw that I had made pic of the week (I just returned from a very busy vacation up in Toronto, where I didn't have much time to do any leisurely web-surfing, hence my lack of forum participation the past couple weeks). @ Regina S: I think the temperature was about 400 deg F with the front and rear burners lit, and about 20 minutes of cooking time.
