106° today so it’s Ahi tuna dinner day. Barbecue sauce is in the hurricane sauce so that qualifies this as bbq.



Cubed and sauced for pokè





Sashimi



Homemade shoyu sauce



Sushi rice, seasoned



Hurricane sauce



Sliced English cucumber



Made into small burritos in nori and dipped in sauces too.

Costco and Sunh Fish in Sacramento are the only places I buy and eat raw fish from. Costco’s Ahi arrives 3x a week by us. And the sell a tuck fun of it. It’s super fresh and clean.

Sunh Fish gets fish daily from SF. Also am amazing selection but I have to make it a point to drive there.

I am sure it tasted good.....I don't do much on raw....the warden won't have it but I could make it for myself.....I guess that's why it doesn't happen.
