106° today so it’s Ahi tuna dinner day. Barbecue sauce is in the hurricane sauce so that qualifies this as bbq.

Made into small burritos in nori and dipped in sauces too.
 
NOT ENOUGH FIRE!
I am sure it tasted good.....I don't do much on raw....the warden won't have it but I could make it for myself.....I guess that's why it doesn't happen.
 
I do raw once in a while, not often at all. That looks good! Here's a photo of one I caught a few weeks ago.

nice catch. cut that blood line out and it looks super fresh. where are you fishing for tuna? what size are you catching?
 
That fillet was a few hours out of the water. I was off the coast of the big island. It was roughly 60lbs. The photo below is me and my wife.
