Adzuki Bean Substitute???...

Greetings all,

I'm not at all familiar with Adzuki beans. Does anyone here know of a remotely similar dry or canned bean that one could find in a small local grocery store--something commonly available?

I'm contemplating entering the Pork & Beans Recipe Challenge. It is sponsored by the Nebraska Pork Producers Association and the Nebraska Dry Bean Commission

Azuki beans are commonly available at health food stores. I always see them.

If you can't find them sub red beans (not kidneys though).
