ABTs, Wings, Couple Wrapped Shrooms and a Butt


 
So the Pork Butt cooked for about 7 hours on the SF. About 1 1/2 hours at 350ish with the ABTs and Wings, then @250 for remainder.
I pulled it at 165 and foiled it. Let it rest then into fridge till today. Cast iron Dutch oven, added a sliced onion and a little broth and the pork butt. Had to cut it in half, then a few potato pieces and some shrooms. Into the oven at 350 for little over 2 hours.
Nice Smokey Pork Roast.
