A pulled pork cook one step at a time


 
We left most of the food with my in-laws, but I did bring a ziplock bag home so I could take a sandwich to work.
After being in the fridge this is what it looked like.

Oh yeah my lunch sandwich was real good today.

Thanks again for all the feedback.

I liked the WSM the first time I used it and I like it more every time I cook with it.
In fact I like it so much I am thinking about giving it a name.
