A newbie from Utah

I got my Weber Smokey Mountain (18.5") a few weeks ago. I smoked to chickens, and they turned out really good. I smoked a turkey on Saturday. It turned out all right. Had a hard time getting the heat to stay between 300-350. Can't wait to learn more about smoking.
