A man's size steak

Grilled a 4.5 lb 7 bone roast. I love these things but have to be cooked medium rare or they start to get tough. It has so much flavor and fairly tender. As much as I love ribeyes these are better. Marinaded for 24 hrs in:

1 c. onion, finely chopped
1 c. ketchup
1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1 TBS. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp red pepper, crushed

Grilled on medium high for 10 minutes one side and 6 on the other than let rest while doing corn and bread. I have not grilled corn in a long time. It just comes out so good microwaved in the husk. I microwaved this time and then grilled. Had a hard time trying to get it to char after it had been nuked. Will just stay with the microwave next time. Having hard posting image. Put link to them.
