Another great looking meal! You guys are killin it lately....when you do chorizo like that , do you buy ground chorizo (which I've never seen) or do you bust open a sausage and mash it up to cook? Those beans look amazing , by the way.

We just busy open the sausage. In my local store they do sell ground chorizo.

Both plates would probably look the same. But I have a slight advantage over her... My mother teached me how to cook when I was a teenager. My mother told me learn so when I was single I wouldn't need a woman to cook for me and not rush into marriage.
