A Few Webers hanging out.....

The copper and black one right next to the long horn, is that called a brownie? It really is a sweet looking grill, they all are!!! Very nice

It's interesting as you look at the kettles you see the different features over the years the ash tray with cut outs and others with the spring holders on the legs. Also the handles some wooden (I think) but most metal and all of them are before the Silver model. It makes me think was one of those you first? and over how many years have you been collecting them? One more question is where did you start? Did your Dad have a kettle? Mine did.

My first kettle was a 1989 22" black one touch. I have not been collecting Webers for very long (prob a couple years or so). However, I have been restoring vintage 1/4" offset smokers for approx 20 years. My dad had a red Weber kettle in the early to mid 1970s. I do remember the family cooking on that grill.

Interesting I remember Dad's first kettle and it was in the 70's and red also. I ended up with it when they moved to Florida in the 90's and I recall it rust pit at some point, I replaced it with a black 22 old style not a one touch.
