A few recent simple cooks

We have a few vac sealed bag of brisket in the freezer.
I call them meat in a bag meals.
The fist pic is some left over brisket on mashed potatoes.
The second group are a brisket hash-brown we had for dinner.
The rib pics are me copying Bob’s ribs because those looked great. I even accidentally used the same rub.

I still have a few bags of brisket burnt ends I need to do something with.
I might put them in a pasta or a pizza but I’m not sure.

Love the hash with poached eggs.
Brisket burnt ends from the point are great in a pot of pintos or to doctor up some canned baked beans.
Serve that over some white rice, and then take a nap.
