I’ve got two racks on and some sausage- was gonna have poppers but the butchers market was out. I’ll make sure to share the final product. This is the first time using both shelves so I’ll see how it goes.

You weren’t at work or any other required life “thing.” Cooking completely dry ribs would have to be much better than having to be at one of those things!
