A catering Question re: brisket

Having only cooked brisket for the family in the past and now planning a cook for around 25-30 folks. I figure 4 oz of brisket per person, my question is if I have 6 lbs of cooked brisket (packer) I know that the flat can be served pretty much as is, but the point will have to be cleaned of excess fat before service. So I don't really get 24 4 oz servings but I don't know how to figure how many I will get? So that is my question. How much weight loss can I expect from a cooked packer. I know many of you have figured this out, Thanks for your help.

Iam kina were your at someone tasted my PP and ask for 2 butts this weekend deliver on Sat I guessed and charged them $6.00 a lb precooked weight . Duno if I under charged or over charged but I figured I couldn't get hurt at that price ! They asked hwo much meat for X amount of folks and I went the what I cook I will end up with half they can serve .

I do think most figure 1/3 to 1/2 lb lb per person serving weight and been told you get about 50% of the precooked weight after cooking
