Here's where it gets hazy. Real life took over. Had to be somebody this morning. We pulled the pork and stored it it the fridge overnight. Pulled it out and took this pic:

Since it's just Pork Puller and me, We are storing up with the foodsaver (till the next election that is):

That looks great Mike. We always freeze leftover pulled pork in smaller portions, because you just never know when a 'que craving will kick in, and nothing else will do but pulled pork!

Thanks for the replies Guys. Jim, Your right. I should have got some shots of it on the smoker. Can't wait to do another one.
