A bust of a weekend for smoking

Lol touché I've heard of guys having excellent results by moving the wsm to the living room and opening the windows.

what were you planning on cooking? A little extra charcoal and a dry water pan would probably take care of the cooker. You might have to throw on a coat though ;)

I don't even watch the weather anymore (avalanche reports are another story), I've had too many days screwed up by the weatherman's predictions not coming true. Of course I've wound up with my motorcycle boots filled with water, wound up waiting out a lightning storm (drunk) at 10,800', etc, but countless days the inclement weather was mild.

I say do what you feel like. Today might be the perfect day to try out some of my house famous chicken wings if you just don't want to deal with the weather.

I have had to be out in freezing rain and high winds only because I promises pulled pork for an event the next day. I hated while I was doing it, but figured that teling the story while embellishing it a bit (adding near lightning flying items in the wind, etc.) would make the food taste even better for my guests.

I've cooked out 4 nights this week in single digit weather. One day last week I did beef ribs in low teens weather, with 30 mph. gusts. Gotta love a Guru and a Maverick.
