A better chicken?


 
One of the main reasons I bought my rotisserie ring for my weber kettle was to be able to to chickens.

That's my motivation behind picking one up, that and a leg of lamb. Although I'm looking at the Cajun Bandit rotisserie, so I can use it on my kettle and WSM.

My buddy did a pork butt once (prior to me getting my ring). I told him I had read about it on some message boards and that the outer layer had a bacon-type taste. He said he loved it when he did it.
