The full story is here. Excerpted:

"Among the health violations an inspector found
at Mary G's, 7276 N. Teutonia Ave.: a cook was
grilling food outside on a Weber charcoal grill."

After reading the article my reaction was:

"So?"

I'm not making light of food safety as it's a serious issue, but the way this part of the story was written cracked me up.

I see further down the article, it did not mention anything about Saz' givin' up on his ribs.
IMO, he should.

Jim I agree with you about Saz's ribs. A lot of people must not know what good Q is! I only tried them once back in the early 90's and could not believe that people would order them a second time. I haven't been back since.
