9 lb. Pork Loin Meal

Tonight's menu:
Pig Candy
9 lb. pork loin cut into 2 pieces, trimmed and marinated in Wicker's Original Marinade.
Garlic Cheese Grits
Simple 'Shrooms
Steamed Frozen Green Beans

More as cooking time approaches.

We had a freeze last night.

Mid morning snack, late morning snack, Lunch, Early Afternoon snack, mid afternoon snack.

OMG, this stuff is good!!!

Hard to see, but it's pink in the center, light smoke ring, and moist.
Best meal in a long time.
