6 lbs. of Top Sirlin on the Rotisserie


 
The tacos are really simple and I remember Morgan C showing them last year in a post. They are wonton shells placed in a mini muffin tray and you can let you imagination create your cook. My first time I used smoked pulled turkey, this time chipped brisket flat. Morgan fried ground meat...whatever. I use my food processor to shred the meat fairly fine, mix it with cream cheese to get it pasty. From there it's up to you. I add fresh green onion, chipotle powder, green tabasco...whatever. Put the mixture into the muffin tin along with some salsa and finish with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. They are awesome and everybody raves about them.
