4 Pork Butts

Sis-n-Law conned me into smoking 4 butts for her on the WSK this weekend.

Settled in at 225 with the smoke I like to see.



I'll check back in about 10 hours. Not with you guys... well maybe you all also.. but I have no plans to check on the WSK until 4AM or so.
Just gonna let it do its thing.

I really don't know yet. I pulled the butts off,
closed the vents, and pushed the WSK back up near the house
where it sits. Lots of honeydo's and the gym early this morning.
Then back to the 3 grill restos that I am currently working on.
Chiefs game after that.. and now I'm pooped. I will dig into the
mess tomorrow night and pull out the drip pans. I will try to remember
to snap a pic. I know the grates are a mess.

Man. I really want a WSK!
But can’t get myself to spend that much and the fact I don’t ever have enough people over to cook 4 butts. My kettle with SNS works really well.

But I still want a WSK!
