4 Butts

Rusty you gotta rub the butts

Bumping a thread here.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I used Mr. Brown rub on three butts recently. I gave most of it away including a whole butt to a bereaving family, and I heard nothing but rave reviews from all that ate it. Some didn't like pork BBQ in general, but they liked this stuff. I must admit, it was some of the best Q we have ever ate.

Fresh non-rubbed Q is good, but leftovers can taste a bit old. Mr. Brown Q leftovers kept its flavor intact.

I'm impressed. :)

I've been cooking my butts using the Mr. Brown recipe for more than ten years now. I don't dare try anything else, because it is so darn good. I use the rub, the mop and the sauce. I'm dying to try a mustard sauce, but I don't want to mess with success. :)

Never tried the mop yet.
