321 ribs and wsm14

Hi

I’ve never made ribs on my wsm14 because I don’t have a rib rack. However, I saw a post where the ribs were rolled and pinned with a skewer. So, I figured I’d give it a try but I’m not sure how I’d foil the ribs if the ribs are rolled. Should I wrap the ribs and then roll it? Or maybe wrap the entire rolled rib with foil?

Anyone ever try this?
 
Maybe a foil pan can manage it. But I think you can get two racks in a wsm 14, somehow. Must be some stainless napkin holder or something you can use. Dish rack, use skewers to prop them up, ooh hang them..
