Cooked up 4 butts. Started at 0130 and pulled off cooker at 1630. Used peach wood. Outside temp at 30 and windy. I had to reload the charcoal at around 0900 then ran fine the rest of the cook. The butts were injected and I completely cut the fat cap off, then rubbed and put in fridge for a few hours before going on the smoker. Sat in cooler wrapped for around 2 hrs then pulled. Vacuum sealed half of it for later. They all cooked evenly. I had a hard time getting them off the smoker they wanted to fall apart. I have cooked several butts but this was my first time doing 4. This is my first post so hopefully it works out OK.

That's a lot of mighty fine lookin' pork you cooked up, J!!

I go to the box on the right and left click on IMG and it changes to copied. Then I right click in the thread and paste it there. You can also right click on the picture itself and copy the URL and paste it to your thread.

Hope that helps.

Thanks guys. I tried to copy the URL in there? I am uncertain where the box is to change the image? I am not a computer guy so I may struggle with this for a little while.

In your thread box, left click on the the third icon from the right on the top, looks like a tree in a box. You can then paste the URL in that box and it will add the pic. In photobucket, I find it easiest to just click and copy the IMG box like I mentioned above.

Hope you can get it figured out. Perhaps others can explain it clearer than I have. I am definitely not a computer guy, but have learned over many years of struggling.

Looking forward to viewing more of your cooks in the future.:wsm:

Yummmmm! Pulled pork is my favorite item to make on a smoker, and yours looks really good! And there's a lot of different things you can do with the pork, such as tacos, salads, chile, etc, that allows you to keep enjoying it different ways!
