I just recently got a 2011 for $200 from my BIL. He was asking $300 originally if he put on CL, but gave me the discount.
You're price sounds fair.

I paid $250 for one I picked up about a year ago. Sold it 4 months later after using it only one time. $250 is a good price for a 22.5 in really good condition.

To show you how this sickness (called 'Weber obsession-itis') works, I picked up ANOTHER 22.5" WSM this evening. But I couldn't help myself - it was only $200!
