Did a brisket and a pork butt a couple of weeks ago using the X4 with a billows for the first time. It works as advertised. I do overnight cooks mostly and in the morning my temps drop to around 170F. With this, 230F set at 225. The range for the transmitter and receiver works about 1000% better than my old Maverick ET73 ever did (really never worked correctly for me).
