B BrianL New member May 17, 2021 #1 I ran my second smoke on the WSM 18. Pork belly burnt ends finished with a spicy Asian glaze. These were pure meat candy. 2 hour smoke, 1.5 hours covered in the pan and 20 mins uncovered.
