2nd cook on Black Stone

Pepperoni pizza took around 2 min. After I pulled I turned up heat and threw on the fresh mozz pie. Took a 1 min 30 seconds. I still haven't opened full. I think on the second pie my top stone was 850 and bottom 800.

Joe I just bought the pizza stone you are showing in your first picture. Haven't used it yet but they say they are rated for over 900 degrees. I bought for my Weber Kettle set-up. You're pizzas look outstanding. I did not see your first thread but have it now.

Gary, I haven't used it in my black stone oven but I did use it when I had my kettle pizza and it took the temps and I know I was around 800 probably.
I like the stone a lot. Did you get that on the real good woot deal?

No I bought mine from a local kitchen store, not cheap $50.00. I cracked a stone and this one is guaranteed for 10 years. I kept the box, receipt and the warranty so we will see.

They just had them on woot for $20. I missed out but even at regular price mine has been worth it. Although I won mine from online contest but if mine broke I would shell regular cost for another.
