Joe,
1.) Take cool pics of your cook.
2.) Download the the pics from your cam to your computer.
3.) Upload the pics from the computer to a photo hosting site like Flickr or Photobucket (it's free.)
4.) When your pics are online you right click on the photo and click properties.
5.) Copy the URL of your pic and make a post here.
6.) Click on the "Display Image" button in the Edit Post window.
7.) Paste the URL into the Image URL box and click OK.
It's so easy a cave man can do it.
