No plated pics but man this was a feast. Haven’t seen this much food since our summer cruise.
The turkey brine was a huge hit. Will definitely make this as my standard goto from now on. Very easy brine to assemble and no overly pronounced flavors. The apple cider really lent a mellow flavor and all turkey parts were very juicy and moist.
I have around 3/4 of a breast leftover and some dark trimmings. And my favorite, two wing flats.
We’ll enjoy this over the coming days.
Hope everyone had a great time with family and friends. I’m finally feeling mostly back to myself after these past few years which have been quite tough personally.
