22.5 Put into service for the first time

Finaly put the beast into service. Made dinner for the wife's family. All the family. Did 2 pork spare rib slabs, a 6 lb butt and about 8 boudain sausage. Needless to say I'm fairly popular with my in-laws. I hope to get some pictures of the table I'm having made for the WSM. It will hold the WSM and a smokey Joe and down the line a spirit grill. It has been name El Hefe. I will post them when I get them. So in closing I'm stoked about my WSM and am excited about more cooking as football season arrives.
