20 lb Turkey.....how long per lb?

So I'm gonna give smoked turkey a try this Thursday and I've got a few questions. The self basting bird was already purchased by our friends and weighs in at 20 lbs. Is this too big to smoke on the WSM? How long per lb and what temp should I smoke it at?

I did a 22lber last weekend. Put it on at around 1:30 and pulled off around 6:30 - 7:00. Cooked at around 350 the whole time. At times the temp got up to 390. Came out nice and juicy! Had to put it on the bottom grate because it was so big it couldn't fit on the top.
 
At 300 to 350 pit temp will take aprox 15 min a pound. Measure internal temp in the thigh rather than breast. Takes thigh meat a little longer to finish than breast meat.
