Wanted to do this yesterday but work was in the way. Go Michigan! Usually had a U of M/nd party but not this year. Anyways rubbed down with my own stash, Chris Lily injection recipe, 3 chunks hickory, full H2O pan foiled bottom and Maverick plugged in.

Still on temp is at 194...hate smoking on Sunday but the butts were thawed out and yesterday was messed up with having to work (4 letter word). 4 am will come early again...will post the pull part but probably no plated pictures.
