First ABTs I've done. They were damn good!!! Cream cheese mixture with chives, minced onion, pepper, and some of the rub. Stuffed with a lil smokie too.

After I pulled I used a finishing sauce I made that contained...
Cider Vinegar
Ketchup
Mustard
Brown Sugar
Black Pepper
Kosher Salt
Cayenne Pepper

It turned out really good.

Lunch and froze most of the rest!!

Chad, looks good. I do my ABT's with wedges of brisket point instead of the hot links. Kinda nice BBQ touch. It's making me hungry for some now.

Did you add any liquid to the PP after the cook and pull?

It's up there under the Butts Pulled pictures. I'll have to try that brisket with the abts, sounds good.
