Just purchased my new WSM last week and smoked my very first pork butt ever on Saturday Night. I got all of my tips from this web site. All of this info made me look like a pro right out of the box. My neighbors think I am a GOD now. This thing smoked for our family, probably the best BBQ we've ever had. Thanks to the WSM and these great resources our family will probably never need counseling. THANKS WEBER AND TVWB!!!
 
Welcome to the group! As you already know, there are many helpful people and an incredible amount of information to be found on this site. About the only thing I haven't found is a suggestion about how to cope with the quality (?) of restaurant bbq, now that I know what the real thing is. /infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif
