1st Smoke- Mr.Brown success

First off, Thank You Virtual Weber for an excellent website and Thanks to everyone for posting! My first time with my brand new 18.5" was a success. Put her on about 1 this morning and pulled her off at about 3pm, then wrapped it in foil and let it rest till around 4. Absolutly Delicious! The best renowned Mr.Brown I have done yet. It fell apart, had a beautiful smoke ring, and was as juicy as I have seen. Temps varied from around 210 to 250 and I had to add a few handfulls of charcoal after about 9 hours. But for a "fresh out of the box" smoker, I was impressed(even with the highwinds we had). Not sure how to post a picture but I have one.

Congratulations on a great cook. The info you can find by scouring these boards is incredible. It sure helps me learn. It sounds like you're as impressed with your WSM as I am with mine.

Congratulations! Ryan, I too am new to the WSM. LOVE IT! Looking like the sky is the limit with this rig.
