1st Rib Cook on WSM... Pic Thread


 
...Took them to a buddy, he said they were excellent taste, right amount of heat, little over done, but 10x better than when I did them on the Kettle...

They look great! Glad they turned out. It took me a few cooks to get stop overcooking my ribs on my WSM when I first got it.

Curious did you notice any difference with the mustard/Worcestershire comparison?
