This is my first smoke of Pork Butts. Used a recipe from the board. Injected , and rubbed. Let sit overnite and then fired up the Weber and smoked for 12 hours. I was so hungry for good BBQ I couldn't wait and pulled it off with internal temp 180. Tented and let it sit for about a minute and then dug in. Sliced it and it was just great. Good ring, tender, and well....just great. I live above 4000 and have no trouble with temps.
