1st chuck roll with pics

I did the chuck roll on the top rack, although this one would of fit on the bottom rack. I figured that since this one was the smallest I've found, I better do it on the top rack as the others I've seen will need to go on top. This is the fourth time I've asked for chuck rolls at Sam's, and the first time I've found one this small. (well, actually two, the 15lber also). Be sure to ask for some smaller ones, unless you feel like smoking one of the "monsters".

I never heard of 'chuck roll' before. You said Sam's had it? I'll have to check at mine. Of course you'll remember that at my Sam's Club I have to learn Russian in order to ask the butcher for a Boston Butt!
