110 lbs of butts

We took orders for 16 butts this past week. Smoked them up yesterday in 25* in the morning. Had to use two propane turkey cooker stands to heat the smokers metal. Pulled 8 off at 2pm and the rest at 4pm. We had to pull 4 and vacume seal the rest. Delivery to the FD and the PD will be on monday. Now its off to church to thank the big guy for helping me get it done.

Yea, I do have stick burners. Built them myself. Had to crank up both to do that many
