101* I got rolled out.

1 hour roll out, my water heater is a tankless that needs electricity to start. The pipes were hot enough that I still needed to mix in some cold water for my quick shower.:)
I got turned off again, hopefully I have paid my dues now.

How's is it going to work when everyone has an electric car that needs to be recharged every night?
There are problems, sometimes referred to as opportunities, but I don't think we have a choice. I know that my grandson does not want a conventional job and prefers gig employment, so maybe that is the way forward...staggered charging.

I interviewed with a large company in OC that had enough employees that employees were in groups with different shift times to minimize the impact on parking and freeway driving. It's going to take creative thinking.

Ok, if we had active commercial logging, for profit, would the forest farmers allow wildfire?

If we built water de salinization 40 years ago the valley south of Stockton could probably provide food for half of the USA.

It's supposed to rain in my area (SoCal), starting Friday and on into Saturday. Reminds me of the old saying, "Everybody complains about the weather but nobody does anything about it." -- Charles Dudley Warner, commonly misattributed to Mark Twain

Sun and seawater are definitely two things CA has an abundance of. I'm not super familiar with your policies there so I'm not making any judgements. I would at least like to think that they would encourage people to install solar panels on homes and businesses.

I think we have had really bad luck for 3 years. I’m ready to celebrate the return to good times.

I am saving a 1 1/2 lb of bacon in the freezer for a special occasion :ROFLMAO: “Will Smith, I Am Legend”
