This was very good I had to share. I used left over chile verde from this cook.

Plated some tortilla chips and then added chile verde and topped it with hot nacho chesse



Forgive me for no action shots but this was good that maybe someone can enjoy this idea also.

Its a beautiful plate! I wouldn't change a thing.......unless I happened to be passing through
New Mexico or northern Arizona and could get the chips made with blue corn. Just for color
contrast of course!
