I thawed out a 1/2 chicken this morning and brined for about three hours. Couldn't decide what to season it with since it was so last minute. I went with my usual, olive oil and Kickin chicken then glazed with Tiger Sauce at the end to blacken a little. The thigh went to my wife. I love the grilled jalapeños and these happened to be HOT!! For once.
