Good morning all Apologies upfront if this is posted in the wrong forum. I find myself with about 6 pounds of chop meat in my freezer and decided today is smoked meatloaf day. Woo-hoo! Does anyone have a good meatloaf they can share? Thanks.

I did a LOT of research before working this dish as I did not want to waste the time or money as i do in other experiments. This came out awesome and as one eater told me - "EPIC". We were all burping it up later. RAW: SMOKED:
